Fay (the protagonist) and Sierra (the heroine) are teenage girls who work at an FM radio station. They are drawn together when Fay begins to receive strange signals.

It's not a thrilling story but this Amazon Production is not well-known. The story is set in 1950s during the height of Communist invasion paranoia, and the first wave UFO sightings. Excellent acting and great dialogue. Editing and direction are solid as well.

"The Boy Who Harnessed The Wind" is one the most overlooked gems in cinema. It deserves more attention than it has received. Based on a true story and starring Oscar-nominated actor Chiwetel Elofor, this British drama is set in Britain. It tells the story of a Malawian teenager who builds a water mill to provide water for his family. While the story is filled with hardship and hardships, it is also a tale of hope and know-how.

The Sapphires is a group made up of Australian natives that are known for their fictitious all black singing group. Directed by a roguish Irishman, the film is full of cliches, but it makes up for it with strong covers of soul classics.

The film is much more fluid than the "Almost Famous", but it fails to make any of the characters believable. The main character, played by Chris O'Dowd, is a one-dimensional goofball who lacks any depth.
